2. Postal correspondence items with label "Cécogrammes", items addressed to prisoners of war with label "Service des prisonniers de guerre" and to civilian internees or items sent by these persons shall be forwarded free of charge.
3. A tariff of 5 kg "M" bag shall be applied to "M" bag, which weighs less than 5 kg.
