 Notes:

1. The posted postal items can reach the addressee faster than set in the quality standards for the delivery of postal items.
2. D+n;
2.1."D" represents the date of deposit, which means the same day as that on which the item is deposited, provided that deposit occurs before the last collection time notified from the access point to the network in question. When deposit takes place after this time limit, only the following date will be considered to be the day of deposit;
2.2."n" represents the number of working days from the date of deposit until the delivery of an item to the addressee.
3. Objective – a criterion showing that the indicated percentage of postal items (not less) must be delivered within the indicated number of working days.
