Customer experience manager, Estonia (Part-time)


Delivering more than 10 million parcels per year, LP EXPRESS is the fastest-growing parcel network in Lithuania. Currently, operating under the name Unisend, it is expanding into Estonia and assembling a team of professionals in the parcel sector.

Currently, we 're looking for a skilled Customer Experience Manager to ensure Unisend is supporting our customers and improving services based on what we hear from our client. Someone to work with teams across the business to provide the experiences and interactions that drive customer excitement:

 

Responsibilities:

  • Development and implementation of CX strategy (including customer service standards) to enhance overall satisfaction and loyalty;
  • Collaboration with other colleagues in building out and delivering a CX improvement;
  • Supporting the CX Team Lead as an advocate for the customer across the business in Estonia;
  • Supporting of the quality system of customer service (inquiries by phone/in writing);
  • Establish and maintain beneficial cooperation with external partners regarding providing reports and feedback on customer inquiries;
  • Organization and reporting of customer satisfaction surveys after the inquiry/use of the service.

 

Qualifications we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree;
  • Proven experience in customer service or customer experience management;
  • Ability to conceive and implement projects, including pioneering ideas and solutions;
  • Ability to develop excellent relationships with all stakeholders and a very strong customer focus;
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English and Estonian. Russian is considerated an advantage;
  • Can-do attitude.
